Refund policy
RETURNS
Here at Dung Beetle HQ we will always try to settle any refunds and returns.
If you wish to return a purchase or would like a refund for your items, in the first instance we would encourage you to reach out and talk to us at shop@dungbeetlebooks.com with a reference to your order number in the subject line.
Our returns policy is within 30 days from the date of your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under distance selling rules for online purchases we will offer a refund to customers if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel. You have a further 14 days to return the goods once you've told us.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back to Dung Beetle HQ. You do not have to provide a reason for your return.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your book(s) or artwork(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@dungbeetlebooks.com and we'll put the Beetles to work.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, or items purchased through a third party cannot be refunded by us.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are damaged.

SHIPPING
To return your purchase, you should mail it to us at Studio K, The Flying Angel Building, 287 Victoria Dock Rd, London, E14 6BY.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item and we advise that you send via a tracked service to ensure we receive the items back, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you have proof of delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase(s), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
